Currently, I am an environmental sciences, new-blood lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine Campus, Trinidad. I develop curriculum and lectures in a number of environmental science and sustainable technology courses for undergraduates. I also teach and advise postgraduate students in the M Sc. Biodiversity and Conservation and Renewable Energy Programmes at UWI.

 In 2014 and 2015,  I also developed curriculum and taught two summer field -based courses:  Wetland and Aquatic Ecology (ENV 495) and Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (ENV 306) at South Carolina State University (SCSU). South Carolina, United States in the Savannah River Field Station Program. This program has many collaborators including: United Stated Department of Energy (DOE), USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
