Trina Halfhide, Ph.D.

My name is Trina Halfhide. I am described by my friends as the bubbly, Chinese Trini-American with red hair. While I am proud of my Caribbean heritage, I wish to think that I am an international citizen and environmentalist. I believe that we should all think globally, but act locally. My unquestioned passion for environmental research with an international scope was amplified during my doctoral and United States- Norway Fulbright tenures. I am an environmental scientist always seeking opportunities to work alongside my peers to find solutions to environmental problems using the most appropriate technology.
